The initial consultation can be done via phone or in person at our design studio in West Chester, PA. This will be an opportunity for you to review our existing designs, discuss your vision and the details of your event. Then I will offer suggestions based on our conversations. If you decide to purchase an existing design or a custom designed invitation then we will move to the next stage.
Now that you have decided to place an order, a deposit is due to start the design phase. 50% of the estimated order will be due at this time.
The design stage is for custom designs only. If you are ordering an existing design we will move right to your proof and the final approval process. The design stage will be a collaboration to get the design absolutely perfect. Once the design is accurate then we will incorporate the event details.
Once the design stage is completed your final proof will be sent for your approval before printing. The final proof should be reviewed carefully to ensure all of the details are accurate. The approved final proof will be exactly what appears on your invitations
The final payment is due in full once we have your final approval. Once that payment has been made the proofs will be printed and we will begin to assemble your invitations. Depending the size and intricacy of your order this process will take 2 - 4 weeks to complete.
Once your invitations are completed the entire order can be picked up at our design studio in West Chester, PA or they can be shipped. We offer domestic and international shipping via USPS or FedEx. For an additional fee you may select to have Invitations by Jill address your invitations and mail them directly to your guests.
